- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, December 26 to 28, 2015A potent storm system brought deadly tornadoes and severe weather to North Texas on the 26th followed by waves of heavy rainfall that resulted in significant flooding across parts of North and Central Texas.

- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, June 11 to 12, 2025A mid-level shortwave trough moved over Texas and combined with an abnormally moist airmass to generate thunderstorms. These storms were very efficient rain producers dropping locally heavy rain that led to flash flooding. There were also a few severe thunderstorms.

- Tornadoes and Flash Flood in Texas, May 25 to 26, 2024Another round of dryline-induced convection took place the night of May 25 as a shortwave trough moved overhead. Thunderstorms were more isolated in nature, but one ambitious supercell produced multiple tornadoes the evening of May 25th.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Texas, May 15, 2013A tornado and severe weather outbreak occurred on the afternoon and evening hours of May 15th. Nineteen tornadoes occurred, including one EF-4 and one EF-3. Six fatalities occurred in the city of Granbury, TX.

- Tornadoes and Flash Flooding in Texas, May 16, 2024On the evening of May 16, a derecho moved into SE TX. This resulted in extensive wind damage across much of the Greater Houston area, including much of Downtown Houston. Maximum wind gusts were estimated to have reached over 100 mph.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Texas, April 25, 1994During the evening and early nighttime hours two severe thunderstorms moved across Arlington producing golf ball- to softball-size hail, mainly across Arlington south of Interstate 20 and east of Highway 287.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Texas, April 29, 2017A deep low pressure system near the Four corners continued to move east, causing early morning thunderstorms to develop along the Texas Panhandle and into Oklahoma. A cold front was moving southeast across the state and entered our northwestern|counties around sunrise.

- Tornado and Hail in Texas, April 24, 2007A supercell thunderstorm produced one of the strongest and deadliest tornadoes to strike near the Rio Grande in many decades.
