- Sleet in South Carolina, January 25 to 26, 2004Heavy sleet developed during the afternoon across portions of the Upstate and continued into the late evening. Total sleet accumulations were generally 1 to 2 inches.
- Sleet in South Carolina, December 23 to 24, 1998Freezing rain and sleet developed early Wednesday morning and continued through the morning of Christmas Eve. Some areas later received enough glaze accretion to cause damage.
