- Wildfire and Damaging Winds in Idaho, August 21 to 22, 2010A dry cold front moving across Eastern Oregon and Idaho set off a series of mainly dry thunderstorms generating severe outflow winds in the Treasure Valley, including Boise, and the Snake River plain throughout the evening of the 21st.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Idaho, June 1, 2015Much of southeast Idaho received severe thunderstorm winds and large hail on June 1st including a boating accident on Bear Lake with 4 fatalities from the severe thunderstorm winds capsizing a boat.

- Hail and Damaging Winds in Idaho, September 25, 2024A strong dry cold front pushed through the region on September 25. It generated several thunderstorms over Idaho Panhandle as it passed. The storms brought severe gusty outflow winds from downdrafts. The winds caused damage to trees and roofs.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Idaho, June 24, 2020A weak cold front passing through the Pacific Northwest brought mostly dry and windy conditions across the Idaho Panhandle on June 24th. By mid-day, isolated showers and thunderstorms moved into the northern Idaho Panhandle.
- Flash Flood and Damaging Winds in Idaho, June 9, 2023A slow moving thunderstorm moved over the Lewiston Idaho area and caused flash flooding. The KLWS ASOS recorded 0.68 inches of rain from 1250LST to 1356LST. Strong winds also knocked down several trees in Latah County.
- Tornado and Hail in Idaho, April 7, 2018A powerful storm created Funnel clouds, a tornado and extremely large hail the early evening of April 7th. Hail up to two inches in the Idaho Falls area and funnel clouds and a touchdown in Bingham County.
- Damaging Wind in Idaho, August 20 to 21, 2011Early on August 21st a thunderstorm caused trees to into a house on Pioneer Road in Idaho Falls killing an 82 year old man in his bedroom. Trees were also downed on East Lincoln Road.

- Damaging Winds and High Wind in Idaho, December 17, 2025A powerful cold front ripped through eastern Idaho on the 17th and included severe thunderstorms along the front and extremely high non thunderstorm winds in the cold sector post cold frontal passage throughout the day. Extensive damage was reported throughout the region.

- Flash Flood and Damaging Winds in Idaho, June 6 to 7, 2023Thunderstorms developed across southwest Idaho early Tuesday evening and produced |heavy rain and strong winds across portions of the Lower Treasure Valley, including the city of Boise.
- Damaging Winds in Idaho, August 2, 2014A strong upper-level ridge during the end of July and beginning August helped fuel a moist and unstable air mass over the region. The ridge broke down on the 1st of August and was overrun by two weak midlevel impulses on August 2nd.
