- Ice Storm and Debris Flows in Idaho, December 28 to 30, 2017A stationary front fed by a rich plume of Pacific moisture followed by the passage of a surface low pressure brought heavy snow to the mountains and valleys of north Idaho beginning on the 28th of December and continuing through the 30th.
- Ice Storm and Winter Storm in Idaho, February 8 to 9, 2017During the afternoon of February 8th and into the morning of February 9th an atmospheric river of tropical origin moisture was directed into north Idaho. Mild air with this moisture feed allowed snow levels to rise over the southern portion of north Idaho.

- Ice Storm in Idaho, December 10, 2012Fifteen to twenty automobile accidents occurred in the Pocatello area as freezing rain began in the early morning hours on the 10th and continued through morning rush hour.
- Ice Storm in Idaho, December 7 to 8, 2015An atmospheric river event brought heavy precipitation north-central Idaho during this period. Because of below freezing ground temperatures, the rain that fell in portions of Lemhi County froze causing road & school closures, and several automobile accidents.
