- Hurricane and Waterspout in Guam, June 11 to 29, 1997Super Typhoon Nestor (07W) moved through the Guam Area of Responsibility from the 1st to the 12th.It passed through the northern Marianas Islands, passing 45 miles away from the island of Agrihan on the 11th.
- Waterspouts in Guam, April 16, 2000On the 16th two Waterspouts were observed from the Saiapn International Airport. The first was seen south of the airport from 1737 to 1742. The second was observed west of the airport from 1815 to 1827.

- Waterspout in Guam, June 7, 1999Two waterspouts were seen outside Apra Harbour. The waterspouts caused a slight delay in some boating event during the South Pacific Games being held in Guam.
- Waterspout in Guam, February 15, 1999On the 15th a waterspout was seen by the observer at the Saipan International Airport. He reported it southwest of the station from 1216 to 1228.
- Waterspout in Guam, July 16, 1999A waterspout was observed from Andersen Air Force Base from 1652 to 1701. The waterspout was 15 miles to the west of the Air Force Base. It dissipated by 1701.

- Waterspout in Guam, July 23, 2000Waterspout observed by an off-duty NWS Employee from his residence at Naval Hospital in Agana Heights. The waterspout wasto the north of the observer over Agana Bay from 1700 to 1730.
- Waterspout in Guam, July 31, 2000Waterspout observed in Saipan between 1404 and 1411. The waterspout was to the north of the station.
- Waterspout in Guam, August 28, 2000Funnel cloud observed from Kwajalein 1244 to 1247.The funnel cloud was south of the station.
- Waterspout in Guam, July 15, 2000Waterspout observed in Saipan between 1144 and 1156. The waterspout was to the southeast of the station.
