- Tornado and Hail in Delaware, April 1, 2023A strong cold front approached the region, with a line of strong showers and thunderstorms developing out ahead of the front. Storms produced damaging winds, a tornado, and small to medium-sized hail in Delaware.
- Tornado and Hail in Delaware, May 22, 2014A very strong cold front and strong winds above the ground helped produce supercell type thunderstorms across Delaware during the second half of the afternoon on the 22nd. One confirmed tornado, large and destructive hail and pockets of wind damage occurred throughout the state.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, June 13, 2009An isolated severe thunderstorm affected southern Delaware during the late afternoon on the 13th. The thunderstorms formed near an inverted trof boundary that extended north from a low pressure system in North Carolina.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, August 9, 2011A warm front helped trigger several strong to severe thunderstorms across New Castle County during the early afternoon of the 9th. More than two dozen roads were closed by downed trees including the northbound lanes of Interstate 95.
- Tornadoes and Hail in Delaware, April 1, 1993A complex low pressure system pushed a warm front through the Mid Atlantic region followed by a weak cold front. This lead to widespread severe weather. Thunderstorms produced large hail, damaging wind and three tornadoes.

- Hail and Damaging Wind in Delaware, February 24, 2012Severe thunderstorms developed ahead of a strong cold front during the mid to late afternoon of the 24th and affected portions of the Delmarva and eastern Virginia. The combination of damaging winds and lightning caused about 5,500 customers to lose power across the Delmarva.

- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, July 12, 2022Isolated thunderstorms developed leading to some significant wind damage in Delmarva. A macroburst began near Denton, MD and continued for about 18 miles east into Delaware with estimated peak winds of 110 mph.

- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, May 26 to 28, 2019A warm front moved through the mid-Atlantic early on the morning of May 26. Ahead of an approaching cold front that evening, thunderstorms developed, with some of them becoming severe. Several reports of damaging wind were received across eastern Maryland and Delaware.
- Hail and Damaging Winds in Delaware, June 29, 2019A frontal boundary that had been stalled over the mid-Atlantic had lifted north of the region by the morning of June 29.
