- Dust Devil in Colorado, June 17, 2014A powerful dust devil ripped the roof off a feed and ranch supply store and flipped a trailer on its side in Florissant.
- Dust Devils in Colorado, March 3, 2016Two brief but powerful gustnadoes developed along a convergence line that formed in the suburbs just north and west of Denver. Three power poles were knocked down. In addition, a small storage shed was destroyed.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, July 5, 2002A well defined dust devil with a large vertical extent was photographed as it traveled along a recently burned mountain ridge. The dust devil was quite visible due to the extensive amount of ash which it picked up from the burned forest.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, May 8, 2003A large dust devil developed and remained over open country. The diameter on the ground was estimated to be 1/4 mile.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, May 26, 2004A large dust devil tore off a 100 foot long barn roof. Additionally, the barn had been secured to the ground by anchors embedded about three feet deep. Three of the anchors were pulled out when the barn was lifted by the force of the wind.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, July 23, 2004A very large dust devil was observed near River Road. It was estimated that the vertical height of the dust devil was at least several hundred feet.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, September 1 to 2, 2004A strong dust devil peeled a large section of corrugated metal roofing off a commercial building, as well as a section of the plywood underlayment.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, May 24, 2005A strong dust devil struck a nursery, heavily damaging two greenhouses. The dust devil traveled about one quarter of a mile on the ground, from south-southwest to north-northeast, with the nursery approximately at the halfway point of the dust devil's path.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, April 23, 2006A dust devil ripped through a rural neighborhood, destroying a chicken coop and tearing the roof off of a nearby shed.
- Dust Devil in Colorado, June 10, 2008A strong dust devil damaged a church activity center on the south side of Pueblo. The brick facade and sheet metal came off the building on the west and south sides.
