- Dust Storm in Arkansas, April 10, 2016Strong Southwest winds developed across the Delta region of Northeast Arkansas during the late morning and afternoon hours on April 10, 2016. Loose top soil from recent spring farming caused the visibility to drop to a quarter of a mile or less at times in blowing dust.
- Dust Storm in Arkansas, January 17, 2009Strong winds created blowing dust across portions of East Arkansas during the morning of January 17th, 2009. A fatal three vehicle accident occurred as a result of the blowing dust.
- Tornado and Dust Storm in Arkansas, June 13 to 16, 2011A ridge of high pressure was located to the southwest of Arkansas at the middle of June. The wind flow around this high brought thunderstorms to Arkansas, primarily the northern and eastern sections, on the 13th through the 16th.
