An Arctic cold front moved through southwest Indiana on the morning of the 30th, bringing cold temperatures down to the teens. Blustery northwest winds caused wind chills to fall around -5 to -7 on the morning of the 31st. Dangerous wind chills were variable across the region with Spencer County remaining above threshold.
