An upper-level low was positioned over southeast Missouri, while high pressure dominated at the surface. Scattered showers streamed through southeast Missouri through the evening of the 12th. Afterward, dense fog developed where skies were able to clear. The fog developed in the late evening near Perryville, and continued to develop through the overnight hours on the 13th, mainly in the Ozark Foothills.

An isolated thunderstorm is possible this afternoon and into the
early evening. Locally heavy rainfall and lightning are the main
hazards.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will develop during the
daytime hours Tuesday. Locally heavy rainfall and lightning will
be the main hazards.

On and off thunderstorms are forecast Thursday afternoon through
Sunday. A few strong to severe storms are possible late Thursday
and Thursday night, and again late Friday and Friday night.
