Water, mud, and rocks were over Fort Irwin Road in multiple areas, with at least one car stuck. Yermo Road also washed out near Fort Irwin Road and was flooded at the I-15 northbound offramp and at Daggett-Yermo Road, with a big rig stuck in the mud.

Flash flooding occurred in many places in Death Valley National Park. Roads closed due to flooding, debris flows, and damage included North Highway/Scotty's Castle Road, Badwater Road, and Highway 190 west of Darwin Falls. Some of the closed roads had just been reopened four days prior after damage from Tropical Storm Mario followed by the government shutdown.
