Runoff from an estimated 3 to 5 inches of rain in less than 24 hours caused minor flooding along the White River. Agricultural land along the White River was inundated with water and debris. The White River near Oacoma river gage crested at 16.07 feet and 12,800 cfs at 215 AM CST.
