A report from 911 indicated that people were trapped inside a house due to flooding. The incident was in Calle Quinones Perez, in front of Urb. Ramirez.
A post in social media indicated flooding along road PR-308, from Walgreens to the cemetery.
A post in social media showed flooding at Alturas de Puerto Real, near Cabo Rojo Elderly Apartments. The depth of the flood appears to be 1 to 2 ft, but not reaching the inside of the houses.
A post in social media indicated flooding near Mansiones de Puerto Real, Lotes de Puerto Real. A mail truck was shown to be crossing the flooded road, with water covering around a third of the truck.
