Heavy rainfall rates (PWs around 1.7 inch) produced ponding of water on roads in Evansville, while nickel size hail was also reported. Localized boundaries helped with storm development. MLCAPE was around 2000-2500 J/kg while shear was limited.

Hail estimated at dime to nickel size fell on the southeast side of Evansville.
