This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of south central
Wyoming and southeast Wyoming.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
Significant high wind event expected late this afternoon through
Saturday with gusts 70-80 mph possible for the wind-prone
locations, including Arlington, Elk Mountain, and Bordeaux. High
Wind Warnings are in effect beginning this afternoon. Areas of
blowing snow will also be possible reducing visibility and
creating slick road conditions at times.

High Winds continue throughout the day Saturday with strongest
winds likely Saturday morning.

High wind event expected tonight through Saturday with gusts
around 65 mph possible for many locations. High Wind Warnings are
in effect beginning this evening. Areas of blowing snow will also
be possible reducing visibility and creating slick road conditions
at times.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
High Winds continue throughout the day Saturday. Light snowfall
will be possible Saturday evening with little accumulation
expected.

Strong winds beginning this afternoon will lead to areas of
blowing snow reducing visibility at times. Hunters and hikers
could become disoriented and lost in low visibility.

Strong winds with blowing snow continues Saturday. Light to
moderate snowfall expected Saturday morning through Saturday
night. Snow accumulation of 4-8 inches will be possible,
especially above 9000 feet elevation.
