Most glaze reports were centered around the Los Fresnos, Rio Hondo, and Harlingen areas in Cameron County with other reports just south of Raymondville in Willacy County.

Freezing rain likely fell for a brief period between 3:55AM CST and 5:55AM CST near Falfurrias in Brooks County. This is inferred due to the Brooks County Airport (KBKS) reporting a temperature of 30.7 degrees with accumulating precipitation with radar returns overhead.
Freezing rain left a glaze of ice on a gangway to board ships at the Port of Brownsville as reported from a member of the Public via Facebook. This occurred at approximately 5AM CST.

There were multiple reports of minor impacts from a pocket of freezing rain that generally extended from northwest and northern Cameron County southeast to the Port of Brownsville.
