Scottsbluff Airport ASOS station (KBFF) measured an afternoon high temperature of 108 degrees Fahrenheit and came within two degrees of the all-time record. This was the 4th hottest day all-time for Scottsbluff. The heat index also exceeded 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
