An upper level system tracked east across southern Colorado during this period. This led to snow from the Central Mountains, southeast into the Sangre de Cristo and Wet Mountains, and into the southern I-25 corridor. Amounts were generally low, though a couple of snowfall amounts around a foot and a half were observed over the Pikes Peak region and southern mountains.
