A cold front crossed through West Virginia on the evening of November 14th, with much colder air filtering into the area in the wake of its passage. This led to some scattered snow showers to develop and produce light snow on the western slopes of Pocahontas and Randolph Counties.

A cold front crossed through West Virginia on the evening of November 14th, with much colder air filtering into the area in the wake of its passage. This led to some scattered snow showers to develop and produce light snow on the western slopes of Pocahontas and Randolph Counties. Local cooperative observers measured two to three inches of snow had fallen in these area by the morning of the 15th. Snow quickly wrapped up after sunrise.
