A push of warm advection aloft well in advance of a developing surface low over the Great Lakes produced a period of freezing rain for locations along and northwest of the I-95 corridor in Northern and Central VA. Ice accumulations were minor, and ranged from less than a tenth of an inch along the I-95 corridor, to 0.1-0.2 further north and west.
