A low pressure system brought rain and snow to the region late Wednesday night into Thursday morning, with snow across the high terrain early Thursday morning. Up to three inches of snow fell across Bennington and Windham counties in southern Vermont. There was also a report of minor ice accumulation near the town of Readsboro.
