At 640 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from Naples to near Haldeman. Movement was
southeast at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Grayson, Olive Hill, Grayson Lake State Park, Carter Caves State
Park, Cannonsburg, Webbville, Princess, Durbin, Coalton, Denton,
Oldtown, Naples, Rush, Grahn, Hopewell, Willard, Hitchins, Soldier,
Globe and Mavity.

This includes Interstate 64 in Kentucky near mile marker 154, and
between mile markers 156 and 186.

GALLIA...NORTHEASTERN JACKSON...SOUTHWESTERN ATHENS AND VINTON
COUNTIES...

At 854 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Mcarthur,
moving southeast at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Athens, Mcarthur, Albany, Rutland, Lake Hope State Park, Tuppers
Plains, Hamden, Zaleski, Vinton, Wilkesville, Creola, Radcliffe,
Dyesville, Darwin, Salem Center, Harrisonville, Dexter, Carpenter and
The Plains.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to travel across
flooded roads. Find alternate routes. It takes only a few inches of
swiftly flowing water to carry vehicles away.
