Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, east central South

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible later this
morning into early evening. Some storms may become severe with large
hail up to golf ball sized, damaging winds up to 60 mph and an
isolated tornado possible. In addition, localized heavy rainfall is
possible, mainly over southwest Minnesota.
