5 thunderstorm wind, 2 hail, 1 flood. Local standard time, as filed.
Power lines were blown down.
One tree was blown down on Bayou Drive.
Hail up to ping pong ball size fell in Delhi.
Hail fell across portions of Morehouse Parish. Nickel to quarter size hail fell just north of Oak Ridge and quarter size hail fell five miles southeast of Mer Rouge.
A tree was blown down on Highway 909.
Some trees were blown down.
A small tree was blown down in Mangham and partially blocked a road.
Heavy rain fell across the region and resulted in flooding in ditches. An 11 year old boy drowned in a ditch.
As the offices recorded each death: direct deaths were caused by the weather itself, indirect ones by something it set in motion.
