GUSTY WINDS WILL PERSIST OVERNIGHT, BUT LESS SO THAN THIS
AFTERNOON. IT WILL BE A RATHER MILD NIGHT WITH THE WINDS STAYING
UP AND LOW TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE 60S. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN
SOME AREAS THAT HAVE HAD FIRES IN SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA AND ADJACENT
PARTS SHOULD RISE THROUGH THE 60 PERCENTS OVERNIGHT. SLIGHT
CHANGES WERE MADE IN TEMPERATURE TRENDS.

THE REMNANTS OF AN MCV CONTINUE TO DRIFT EAST ACROSS EASTERN
OKLAHOMA. IT APPEARS THAT ALL PRECIPITATION FROM THIS FEATURE WILL
REMAIN EAST OF OUR FORECAST AREA THIS EVENING.

A TIGHT PRESSURE GRADIENT HAS RESULTED IN MARGINAL WIND ADVISORY-
LEVEL WINDS ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN OKLAHOMA TODAY. THE ADVISORY
REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT. WITH A SLIGHTLY LOOSER PRESSURE
GRADIENT TOMORROW...DO NOT EXPECT TO NEED AN ADVISORY.

THE NEXT SIGNIFICANT CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL ARRIVE LATE THIS
WEEK...AS A SHORTWAVE TROUGH ALOFT MOVES OVER THE PLAINS
STATES...AND SHOVES A COLD FRONT INTO OKLAHOMA. THE FRONT WILL
LIKELY STALL OVER OKLAHOMA OR FAR NORTHERN TEXAS...MAINTAINING
CHANCES FOR RAIN INTO SATURDAY. THEN...A SECOND SHORTWAVE TROUGH
WILL CROSS THE PLAINS STATES...BRINGING HIGHER RAIN CHANCES AGAIN
