Snow amounts ranged from a dusting near the Alabama border up to 3 inches on the Cumberland Plateau. This snow fell on top of ice, sleet, and snow that accumulated in the winter storm just 2 days earlier on February 16, resulting in continued widespread travel disruptions and school closures.
