INITIALLY A SHORT WAVE EXTENDS FROM SOUTHEAST KANSAS DOWN THROUGH TEXARKANA WILL MOVE THIS WAY TONIGHT WHILE A SURFACE LOW CENTERED OVER WESTERN ARKANSAS WITH A WARM FRONT DRAPED EASTWARD ALONG THE MISSISSIPPI...ALABAMA BORDER.
