Mainly light snow fell across portions of the western and northwest Arkansas into the morning hours on the 28th. A brief lull was seen on the 28th, then some light freezing rain developed during the rest of the 28th. Snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches were observed, with an additional tenth to two tenths of an inch of freezing rain accumulating on top of the snowfall.
