Coordinates: 40.003, -102.424 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Rain changed to snow late in the morning Sunday the 14th and accumulated into the overnight hours. A band of 6-8 inches of snow fell from Yuma in the northwest to near Vernon in the east-central part of the county. Northwest winds picked up late Sunday night into Monday morning, gusting over 30 mph at times resulting in reports of blowing snow.
