A COMPLEX OF STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FAR

INTENSIFY AS IT MOVES SOUTH INTO A VERY UNSTABLE AIRMASS. THESE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF DAMAGING DOWNBURST WINDS UP TO 70 MPH.
