MODELS SIMILAR THROUGH 48 HOURS. LOW SOUTH OF SAINT LAWRENCE
ISLAND WILL DISSIPATE WHILE OCCLUDED FRONT CONTINUES TO PUSH NORTH
TO COVER THE ARCTIC COAST BY EARLY EVENING. UPPER LEVEL LOW
ASSOCIATED WITH THE FRONT WILL MOVE TO NEAR PRUDHOE BAY BY SUN
MORNING.

NEXT LOW WILL MOVE FROM THE NORTH PACIFIC TO NEAR DUTCH HARBOR BY
SUN MORNING AND COMBINE FORCES WITH AN OLD LOW IN THE CENTRAL
BERING SEA AND ITS OCCLUDED FRONT THAT WILL STRETCH TO SAINT
LAWRENCE ISLAND BY EARLY SUN MORNING.

AHEAD OF THE FRONT THE WINDS WILL PICK UP IN THE SAINT LAWRENCE
ISLAND AREA BY SUN MORNING AND THEN SPREAD NORTHWARD TO NEAR POINT
HOPE BY SUN EVENING.

SNOWFALL SHOULD MOVE INTO WEST COAST AND SAINT LAWRENCE ISLAND
AREA BY MON AFTERNOON.

THE ARCTIC COAST WILL REMAIN THE COLDEST AREA WITH THE COLD AIR
BOTTLED UP NORTH OF THE BROOKS RANGE. AN ONSHORE FLOW WILL KEEP
THE LIKELIHOOD OF STRATUS AND FLURRIES ALONG THE ARCTIC COAST
THROUGH AT LEAST THE FIRST PART OF THE WEEK.

THE UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL BUILD IN EAST TO WEST ACROSS THE STATE
AND CONTINUE THROUGH A LEAST TUE. THIS WILL KEEP ANY WEATHER FROM
TRAVERSING AS FAR EAST AS SAY TANANA.
