Flooding was reported in the West Wendover area, Big Tree Way, and along Interstate 40. Crews had to rescue cars stalled in high water. Flood waters displaced residents at Westborough Apartment Complex, Colonial Apartments, and Ashley Creek Apartments. Monetary damages were estimated.
