A passing storm downed trees near Highway 117 between Kurthwood and Slagle.
A report was received of trees blown down along Military Highway from a passing severe storm.
The ASOS site KAEX recorded a wind gust of 58 MPH with a passing storm.
The Alexandria Police Department reported trees down in the city and roof damage to a structure across the street from the station. Large signs were also blown over.
A tree was blown down on to a trailer on Guillory Street by a passing severe storm. Another report of a tree blown down occurred at Mallard Cove Golf Course.
A spotter reported nickel sized hail near Maurice from a passing strong storm.
