While snow amounts were generally less than a half inch and impacts were minimal in the lower elevations, snow accumulated rapidly over the higher elevations along the Virginia border stranding several vehicles for a time on Highway 23 over Pine Mountain.

Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.
