UPDATED FORECAST TO INCREASE WIND GUSTS. SEVERAL SITES IN WESTERN
AND CENTRAL OHIO ARE SEEING GUSTS UP TO 40-50 MPH OUTSIDE OF
THUNDERSTORMS...AND HAVE BUMPED UP FORECASTS ACCORDINGLY. CANNOT
RULE OUT AN ISOLATED SITE RECEIVING WIND GUST CRITERIA OF 45
