A main heavier band of lake effect snow developed across Northern Oneida County late morning through afternoon, and lasted into the evening of November 25. The band shifted farther north for a period mid to late evening, then passed back southward to again hit Northern Oneida County from Midnight to 6:30 a.m. on November 26 before ending. Snow totals widely ranged from 4 to 11 inches. The highest amounts were along the Tug Hill Plateau in the far northern reaches of the county.
