Widespread snowfall totals of 2 to 4 inches fell across eastern Plumas, Sierra, and extreme southern Lassen Counties on the 3rd and early on the 4th. However, a narrow band of heavy snow developed late in the evening of the 3rd and dropped 9 to 13 inches in the Portola and Graeagle areas.
