Water was over roadways at several intersections in southern Montague County. This was all due to Old Bowie Lake running over the spill way and Briar and Brushy Creeks running over their banks as heavy rain fell over the region. Some of the intersections included West RC Road and Highway 81, Farm-to-Market Road 1125 and Turkey Creek Road, and Jordan Lane and Farm-to-Market Road 3043.
