Trees were downed near Exit 1 on Interstate 24.
Montgomery County EMA reported damage to a house. This damage to the house included a large carport broke off from the house that went airborne and eventually crashed onto the home’s roof, demolishing that part of the roof and two outer walls. A power pole was snapped and two old barns were also demolished. A NWS inspection team estimated winds speeds around 80 mph.
