SCATTERED SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL
TO PRODUCE VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. NEAR STATIONARY THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER IN LOW LYING
AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE
FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
