The cooperative observer at Chemult reported 11.1 inches of snow in 24 hours ending at 27/1000 PST.
Based on rainfall amounts recorded at lower elevations in the area and a known snow level near 2500 feet, it is assumed that heavy snow fell at higher elevations in this zone. Some 24-hour rainfall totals in the area were 1.14 inches at Agness, 1.40 inches at O'Brien, and 2.19 inches at Quail Prairie.
