A WEAK FRONTAL BOUNDARY IS STILL PROGGED TO SAG SOUTHWARD AND STALL ACROSS EASTERN KENTUCKY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE BEST CHANCE FOR RAIN LOOKS TO BE ON THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE FRONT GETS HUNG UP ON THE ROUGH TERRAIN.
