Several spotters reported dense fog throughout metropolitan Phoenix. Two reports indicated zero visibility in the far southeast area of Queen Creek. The widespread dense fog occurred during the Friday morning rush hour and was a significant hazard to area motorists, even though no major accidents were reported.
