What happened

The episode as NWS ABR wrote it up.

An early warm up caused the ice to breakup on the White River resulting in several ice jams. The ice jams caused the river to flood in several locations from one mile west of U.S. Highway 83 to the Missouri River. At least one home was flooded along the river along with several fields and some roads.
