Quite a few roads were closed due to flood water across central and northern portions of the county. Some flooding was the result of overflowing streams, while some was caused by poor drainage. Affected roads included but were not limited to Macedonia Church Rd, Antioch Church Rd at Highview Rd, Howey Bottoms Rd at Duncan Rd, and Jackson and Benton Streets in the city of Monroe.
