WRF REFLECTIVITY DEVELOPED THE ACTIVITY TO THE SOUTHWEST BUT ROAD
IT EAST ALONG THE MN IA BORDER IN THE MORNING...WITH VERY LITTLE
REDEVELOPMENT WITH FROPA. WILL CONTINUE CURRENT TREND OF SEVERE
POTENTIAL INCREASING BY NOON OVER THE AREA. THIS WOULD BE ELEVATED
HAIL THREAT. STRATUS DEVELOPED AHEAD OF WARM FRONT/DEVELOP SFC LOW
