UPPER LEVEL JET WILL BE LOCATED ALONG THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER. WATER VAPOR LOOP SHOWS SHORT WAVE/JET STREAK OVER SOUTHERN SK AND A CIRCULATION CENTER OVER THE BC/AB BORDER.
