A prolonged period of snow produced 6 to 10 inches across sections of northeast Nebraska, mainly west through north of Neligh. The snow began Sunday morning January 20th and lasted into Monday evening the 21st. Higher storm totals included between 10 and 11 inches at Orchard and around 8.5 inches in Bloomfield.

Snowfall of between 10 and 11 inches was reported over the western sections of Antelope county over a 30 to 36 hour period ending late Monday evening January 21st. Orchard reported 9.5 inches of snow by 800 am on the 21st, with another 1 to 1.5 inches estimated to have fallen later that day. Neligh, farther to the southeast, reported just under 6 inches for the event.

Snowfall of between 8 and 9 inches was reported over a large part of Knox county over a 30 to 36 hour period ending late Monday evening January 21st. Bloomfield and Crofton each reported a storm total of around 8.5 or 9 inches from the storm.

Snowfall of between 8 and 9 inches was estimated to have fallen over much of the county over a 30 to 36 hour period ending late Monday evening January 21st. The estimations were based on Bloomfield and Crofton to the west and Sioux City to the east each reporting storm totals of around 8.5 to 9 inches.
