A strong Pacific storm system moved across Southeast Montana during the evening of the 5th and through the morning of the 6th. Rain and snow showers turned to all snow and became more widespread and heavier in coverage. The following snow reports were received: 6 inches 5NE Ridge, 14E Broadus and 12NE Broadus, 8 inches in Albion, and 7 inches in Broadus. In addition, heavy snow occurred in the Crazy Mountains in Park and Sweet Grass Counties where 12 inches was reported.
