WIND HAS KEPT UP WITH MID AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS TRANSLATING EAST
AND ALLOWING FOR A BETTER HOOK-UP. THIS IS KEEPING THINGS MIXED UP
A BIT AND TEMPS NOT DROPPING THAT FAST..ESPECIALLY SW AREAS. NOT
AS EXTENSIVE A SNOW FIELD UPSTREAM. WILL LET WW EXPIRE AT MIDNIGHT
